Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully. By using the Site, you acknowledge you have read our Privacy Policy.

Not Medical Advice / Not for Emergencies

The Site provides general information about our services and may include educational content. The Site is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for individualized evaluation or treatment by a licensed professional.

DO NOT USE THE SITE FOR EMERGENCIES. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Clinical Services vs. Coaching/Education Services

We may offer both:

A) Clinical Speech-Language Therapy (Clinical Services)

Clinical speech-language therapy services are provided only where we are licensed/authorized and where a provider-client relationship has been properly established through our clinical processes.

B) Coaching / Education / Non-Clinical Support (Non-Clinical Services)

We may offer non-clinical services such as coaching, parent education, consultation, or informational support, including across state lines. Non-Clinical Services are educational and supportive in nature and are not healthcare, diagnosis, or treatment. Non-Clinical Services do not create a speech-language pathologist-patient relationship, and do not replace evaluation or treatment from a licensed provider in your jurisdiction.

If you need clinical evaluation or treatment, we will recommend appropriate next steps, which may include clinical services (if available in your state) or referral to a local provider.

C) Downloads and Educational Resources

Any downloadable resources or educational materials provided through the Site are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our written permission.

Scheduling, Virtual Meetings, and Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools to provide Services and communicate with you. Your use of these tools may be subject to their separate terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms’ acts or omissions, including outages, delays, or data practices that occur on third-party services outside our control.

Communications and User Submissions

A) Contact Forms, Email, and Messaging

If you submit information through the Site, email, or social media messaging, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Please do not submit sensitive medical or health information through standard website forms or social media direct messages. These channels may not be secure for sensitive information.

B) Social Media and Automated Messaging

We may interact with users through social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Some messages may be automated (for example, a direct message triggered by a keyword comment). Social platforms are not controlled by us and may collect information according to their own policies.
