For children working with multiple providers or navigating complex developmental or academic needs, this service removes the burden of parents acting as the liaison between therapists, teachers, and support staff.  Our team will become the role of your child’s clinical team leader. Offered as a monthly add-on separate from weekly therapy sessions, the program provides high-touch care coordination, ongoing communication, and alignment across home, school, and clinical settings.
