FAQ

  • No problem! Based on our evaluation or one that you provide for us, we will provide you with a recommendation for number of sessions/week and length of each session. This recommendation will cover treatment of all your child’s goals.

  • We are private pay only. We can provide you with a “superbill” for you to self-submit to insurance. A “superbill” is just a receipt for completed and paid for sessions that contain diagnosis and treatment codes that insurance requires for processing and potential reimbursement. If necessary, we are happy to then advocate for your child through insurance for out of network benefits by providing necessary notes, reports, and updates.

  • Our main office is in Greenwich, CT. We have a space a couple of days a week in New Rochelle, NY. Additionally, based on availability and scheduling, we are able to see your child in daycare/school/or at home.

  • We require a card to be on file for all clients. After each session or within the week, our online system will charge the card for the completed session.

  • Our favorite word! One of the forms we require to be on file is a “release of information” consent form. Please list anyone and everyone you would like us to collaborate with! We frequently work with teachers, other therapy specialists, doctors, etc.

  • Of course! See *collaboration*. And, with your permission, we will collaborate with any other therapist that works with your child to promote carryover and generalization of skills.

  • Please fill out our contact us form and we will get back to you to schedule a follow-up call.

  • Both! We provide in-person therapy in Westchester and lower Fairfield counties as well as teletherapy in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida.

  • That depends on your child and their needs. Our sessions are 30-, 45-, or 60- minutes. We’ll provide recommendations for length of sessions based on our initial phone call consultation and your child’s most recent evaluation.
